“I had a disappointing pickup experience today. I gave my name to collect my order, but the employee rudely insisted on an order number, which wasn’t shown in my app. Instead of checking by my name or phone number, I was left waiting for about 15 minutes before finally receiving my order. I understand stores get busy, but a more respectful and helpful approach would have made a big difference.”

Very rude! Horrible customer service. They do not know how to make a pizza. Very less quality of toppings. A medium size pizza has only a few chicken pieces, that too some slices miss the chicken piece. Even kids are always sad seeing something wrong with their pizza. Some old folks changed, I hoped to see better results but no improvement. They do not even care. When I mentioned that very less amount of toppings, they just told me to cancel order, when kids were waiting hungry for dinner. Very bad, very bad very bad service, please do not buy from them to teach them a lesson that I'd you take money you need to deliver minimum quality. Please help me in this movement to stop this business stealing people's money. I live the neighborhood, I really want this guys to learn a lesson and

Second time ordering regardless of the rude female on the phone. I wish I took photos before throwing out the rest which was mainly the whole order. The delivery guy at least was friendly and kind but when I saw my order I was disgusted. I called the store and it seemed like they barely understood what I meant. I came out to collect my food, we were waiting for and saw when the driver pulled up. There was nothing else that we could see, the receipt was correct. It looked like they hurried the order, pizza a slight mess but what was worse was the wings. They looked too shrunken, dehydrated and over cooked. At least the delivery guy was friendly but doesn't matter when what was ordered was a disaster and the restaurant's fault.

I’ve ordered from Domino’s Pizza countless times and have never had an issue—until tonight. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, but when my order arrived, something was clearly wrong. Nearly half of the cheese was missing from the pizza, and the wings were barely cooked. Concerned, I called the store to address the issue. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. I was told that it was my mistake and that I should have checked the receipt. The manager I spoke with was rude, unapologetic, and dismissive, and the only solution offered was for me to purchase another pizza, which is unacceptable given the quality of the food received. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters. I was disappointed not only by the food quality but by how the situation was handled. I hope this location takes feedback seriously and improves how concerns are addressed in the future.

After receiving someone else's order I came to find out the pizza wasn't even cut. I reached out to the store and they came back with the correct food Pizza was not cooked. Wrong order pie wasn't sliced. Lava cakes were smashed. And the deluxe pie is raw. Bbq wings are burnt. And the marinara dip looks like it has been sitting in a moldy fridge... the guy on the phone told me "you should have ordered well done." They must be high all the time to screw up a pizza on a conveyer belt. Ridiculous and sad. I would avoid this dominos at all costs. Your better off eating jail pizza. Update: management refused a refund. The fact that I have to cook a pizza I ordered myself is absolutely unacceptable. Update: 2 years later and it’s just as bad, if not worse. I’m contacting the health department now. My entire house got sick and threw up for the rest of the week after eating from here recently 1/24/2025
